Sorry about that.
The successful Gunners season continues, with a 4-1 win over a short-handed Ice Dragons team.
Our soon-to-be-moving-to-California goalie, Francois, had an incredible game, stopping the Dragons' shots with ease and slapping cross-crease passes out of midair. (Hey, I was impressed).
Obie should probably think about inhaling half of Lake Livingston and breaking out in hives more often, since she managed to produce two goals despite visibly suffering from the effects of the lake party. One was particularly impressive, holding off Tom from the Vipers to stuff a shot past Zack, then ending up in the net along with Zack, Tom, and the puck.
Yours truly managed to contribute her one goal for the season by somehow backhanding a shot over Zack's shoulder into the net. That play was started by a nice heads-up pass from Michelle who was working hard in the corner, as usual.
Nice job, everyone - we're looking forward to the start of the playoffs next week. As of last week, we were 6 out of 9 in the standings, but I don't know if that's changed.
